Introducing our new line of Sand Hauling Hopper Trailers for 2025—engineered to transform the way wet sand is transported. Featuring a steep 48° floor slope and hopper tub angle, this trailer design ensures smoother unloading, especially when handling dense or wet materials.While specifically optimized for sand, these trailers are also well-suited for other hard-to-unload products, offering versatility for a variety of operations. As with all our trailers, they are available factory direct or through a dealer.With a range of layout and customization options, these units can be tailored to your specific hauling needs. Choose between single or dual hopper configurations in a trailer to balance weight savings with capacity, maximizing efficiency on both primary and return hauls. This flexibility also supports higher resale value down the line—without requiring structural modifications.Axle Configuration Options
We offer a wide variety of axle configurations to suit your operation:
  • Single Trailer: 1–4 axle subframes
  • Double Trailer Sets: 1–3 axle subframe trailers with a 2- or 3-axle converter dolly
  • Turntable Pup Trailers: 1- or 2-axle turntable w/ 1 or 2 axle rear subframe options

  • A large 30″ x 52″ door opening to reduce material bridging and improve flow
Driver-Friendly Operation
Each unit comes equipped with:
  • Shur-Co® Electric Pro-Trap openers with 350 ft-lb of torque
  • Shur-Co® 4500HD Power Tarp System — both controlled with the same wireless remote
  • A modular component design with pre-drilled fasteners for easier repairs and part replacement
  • An optional stainless-steel trap door for handling abrasive or sharp materials
Durability Comes Standard
The subframe is a fully reinforced, all-aluminum construction with aluminum air tanks and an extra load-bearing beam for rear-end strength. Main frame rails are 10″ channels with a thick 9/16 web, delivering the durability needed for the toughest jobs.
Backed by over 20 years of real-world performance, our aluminum coupler section delivers a trusted, tested design that stands the test of time. It comes with a replaceable aluminum wear plate and can be fitted with an optional permanent lube plate.
